Responsibilities
ICT Data Infrastructure design implementation for Data Center Technology projects, including Outside/Inside Fiber Plant, Data Cabling Pathways, Conveyance, Grounding, Wi-Fi, and related Data Systems.
Design and manage Hyper-Scaler Single Tenant, Co-Location, and Enterprise Data Centers ranging from 1MW to 108MW, including multi-provider campuses.
Create Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications.
Conduct design reviews using Revit, Autodesk Construction, BuildingConnected, and Bluebeam Sessions.
Perform on-site inspections and develop field reports, with national travel to project sites within the continental US.
Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
Assist with business development and client outreach events.
Qualifications
5-10 years of BIM design experience.
Experience managing small teams (3-5) and clients.
Familiarity with physical security systems and Information and Communication Technology.
Proficiency in Revit and designing complex security systems.
Preferred Certifications (Not required): RCDD, OSP, PMP, PSP, RTPM, CTS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $72.11/hr.
