Senior Administrative Assistant

to support multiple senior leaders and their teams with precision, professionalism, and proactive energy. This is a full-time,

on-site role (5 days/week)

where

excellent attendance is essential

to success.

In this role, you'll be the organizational backbone-managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and serving as a trusted resource for internal policies and procedures. You'll interact with stakeholders across all levels of the business, ensuring seamless communication and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple executive calendars with accuracy and foresight

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

Process expenses using Concur with speed and precision

Organize client entertainment functions and team events

Serve as a liaison across departments and business units

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience supporting senior management

Mastery of

Outlook

,

MS Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and

Concur

Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and organizational excellence

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities

Proven experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Pay Details:

$35.00 to $40.00 per hour
