Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reports Coordinate internal/external meetings and seminar logistics Maintain SharePoint/Teams sites and distribution lists Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding activities Liaise with contract coordinators and business partners Ensure smooth daily operations and timely communication Handle confidential information with discretion Must-Have Skills:
25 years' experience in pharma, biotech, academia, or hospital settings Proficiency in MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, SAP, Concur Strong organizational rigor and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment Nice-to-Have:
Experience in project coordination or coordinator roles Familiarity with Concur, Ebuy, Catalyst, Workday Soft Skills:
Proactive, independent, and collaborative work style Ability to prioritize and multitask across time zones Excellent verbal and written communication Discretion and tact in handling sensitive information Work Setup:
