Project Manager - Wastewater
Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wastewater and underground utility projects. You'll collaborate with field teams, engineers, and municipal clients to ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee wastewater treatment projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new wastewater treatment facilities, booster pumps, and lift stations.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all project sites, including well sites and ground storage facilities.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on wastewater or underground utilities
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater systems, trenching, and pipe installation
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
