Superintendent/Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee and manage low voltage system installations from pre-construction through final commissioning. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and project coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage field operations for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and communication system installations.
  • Coordinate with design, CAD, and engineering teams to ensure project plans are executed accurately.
  • Supervise subcontractors and internal technicians to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure projects meet code compliance, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of installed systems.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for project progress and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems, construction, or security integration.
  • NICET certification (Level II or higher) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fire life safety codes and electronic security systems.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel to job sites and work flexible hours as needed.
