Executive Assistant & Project Manager to the Managing Partner
Location:
On-site, Monday through Friday, Southfield, MI (relocating to Troy, MI in January 2026) Compensation:
$85,000 - $120,000 annually

Position Summary: The Executive Assistant & Project Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Partner, providing high-level administrative support and project coordination. This role requires a professional with demonstrated experience in executive-level assistance and project management, capable of managing complex schedules, communications, and cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, meetings, and administrative tasks with precision and discretion Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Partner Serve as liaison between the Managing Partner and department directors to ensure alignment and follow-through on strategic initiatives Lead and support special projects, including planning and execution of firm-wide initiatives Arrange and manage occasional work-related travel Provide personal assistance to the Managing Partner as needed Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in project management Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred but not required
