Executive Assistant: Client: Wealth Strategies Financial Group Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our managing partner in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of financial operations. This role involves managing key administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: - Provide high-level administrative support to managing partner , including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences. 2. Communication: - Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication channels. - Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. 3. Project Management: - Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. - Monitor progress and provide updates to executives on project status. 4. Financial Analysis: - Support financial planning and analysis activities, including preparing budgets and tracking expenses. - Coordinate with finance teams to gather and compile data for reports. 5. Event Planning: - Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities. Qualifications: licensed with series 7 and series 66 , LAH , and variable license - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. -4 days in-office - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software. - Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
