Customer Service Advisor

to support their e-commerce operations. This is a

6-month+ contract

with potential to extend or convert to permanent based on performance and business needs. Position Details

Title : E-Commerce Customer Service Advisor Location : Minneapolis, MN Start Date : September 29 Pay : $21.63/hr Schedule : Sunday-Thursday, 10am-7pm Hybrid Option : After training, work from home 2 days/week (weekend day + 1 weekday) Duration : Minimum 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone using Zendesk Provide order updates, assist with product questions, and resolve complaints Track shipments and communicate with carriers Process returns, issue refunds, and manage shipping labels Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems Collaborate with team and management to improve processes and customer experience Requirements Previous customer service experience (B2C preferred) Strong attendance record E-commerce and Zendesk experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have reliable internet for hybrid work Additional Info Office closed (unpaid) on: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day Benefits available through staffing agency during contract period, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more Office culture includes a collaborative team environment, modern workspace, and great lunch spots nearby
