This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, management, implementation, and reporting, aligned with standardized PMO processes.

- Pay Rate: $80-$90/hr
The Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking a Project Manager to support initiatives in Procurement, Law, and HR & Employee Experience. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, management, implementation, and reporting, aligned with standardized PMO processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Project Sponsors and Functional Managers to create Discovery artifacts including Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Project Charter, and Milestone Plans
- Manage project execution through detailed planning, financial forecasting, and risk assessment
- Define and control project scope, timelines, and resource plans
- Develop detailed schedules and conduct risk and issue tracking with escalation protocols
- Produce RACI matrices, conduct Key-Person Risk Assessments, and determine Third-Party Support Needs
- Ensure compliance with business requirements from initiation through implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to defined scope
- Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of PM methodologies
- 7+ years in project management, including 3+ within a PMO
- Experience in HR systems, talent strategy, or employee experience projects
- Experience with M&A, reorganizations, legal operations, or procurement
- PMP certification or equivalent
