We're seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager supporting Managed IT service accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a knack for identifying technology solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT and voice service clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Collaborate with clients to assess current technology environments, identify gaps, and plan for hardware lifecycle management. Generate and present proposals for hardware purchases, project work, warranty coverage, and subscription renewals. Partner with technical staff to develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs). Organize and lead client meetings including account reviews, project scoping sessions, and regular check-ins-both virtually and in person. Track and follow up on action items from client meetings to ensure timely resolution. Support project scheduling and coordination efforts as needed. Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with client goals, leveraging preferred vendor offerings and industry best practices. Champion tools and strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT services including security solutions, backup systems, product suites, and OEM technologies. Conduct regular audits of client assets, users, and services to maintain accurate reporting and billing. Participate actively in internal team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Deliver exceptional customer service with a courteous and professional demeanor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-5+ years in a related role). Background in Managed Services (IT, VoIP, SaaS) is highly desirable. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Comfortable leading client-facing meetings with confidence and professionalism. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive, outgoing attitude and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills. Additional Info:
