Drive tech-focused projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery. Collaborate with external partners to secure quality services and cost efficiency. Maintain regulatory compliance with
SEC, FINRA , and state advisory standards, while upholding strong security protocols across all tech systems. Offer hands-on support and training to ensure team proficiency with business tools. What You'll Bring
5+ years in a similar role within financial services. Degree in a relevant field like IT or Business. Deep experience with CRM workflows (Salesforce preferred). Familiarity with advisory software like Black Diamond, Right Capital, and onboarding platforms. Added knowledge of tools like Laserfiche, Adobe, or Sage is a bonus. Background in project leadership and
working knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations . Versatility to handle priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
