Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: 3 day onsite, 2day WFH Client Industry: Banking Client Duration: 12+ months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM About the Role An Excellent Opportunity for Business Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC location. Must Haves: Ideally this person has 2-4 years of Business Analyst experience, though not required They will be meeting with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and writing user stories One of the Below 3 Criteria: General Accounting experience Will take a recent graduate with a Masters in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields This person should have strong international accounting principles like GAAP, IFRS, and NII or Audit Experience 2-4 years working at an Audit Agency Plusses: 5+ years of BA experience Someone with a mix of all 3 criteria above Jira Agile Day-to-Day: This Business Analyst will join one of the Banking Client in Charlotte, NC location This team supports the proprietary asset management liability management system, that does data model forecasting for different products throughout the bank They will be adding a lot of new products to their platform in 2026, so they need to add a BA to the team to help with that workload They will oversee meeting with business users, gathering requirements, and writing user stories Ideally, this person has some general finance and accounting experience and can pick up on global accounting principles (Think GAAP, IFRS, NII) quickly since this group’s stakeholders are that accounting group Additionally, any audit background would also be helpful here, whether that’s working for an Audit agency Compensation Hourly Rate: $60-$65 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
