Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to act as the bridge between customer-facing teams and our product/engineering teams. This individual will play a critical role in translating business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and enabling smooth product delivery.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the technical aptitude to decompose requirements into technical deliverables, support documentation/training efforts, and coordinate with quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to translate customer requirements into product and technical requirements.

  • Perform technical decomposition of requirements to support engineering implementation.

  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical reference material.

  • Produce training materials for internal and external stakeholders until a dedicated technical writer is hired.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to define and review test cases, ensuring test coverage aligns with requirements.

  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring consistency, clarity, and completeness in product specifications.

  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product lifecycle activities as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role in a product/technology environment for 5+ years.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical documentation.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to perform requirements decomposition.

  • Familiarity with QA processes and test case coordination.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

  • Prior experience in creating product training or enablement materials.

  • Exposure to SaaS, healthcare tech, or data-driven platforms is a plus.
