What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive sales of litigation support services including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review within your territory - Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients to identify upselling opportunities - Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets - Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations - Manage accounts for existing clients and newly acquired clients to ensure high satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications): - Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market - Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction - Strong network and influence within the eDiscovery industry - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in account management and client relationship building - Familiarity with sales reporting and performance metrics - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery services
