In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of solutions across key domains including RAN, Core (EPC and 5GC), IMS Core, signaling, policy, and subscriber data management. You will collaborate closely with telecom operators, system integrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, carrier-grade network solutions tailored to complex deployment environments. Architect end-to-end 4G/5G network solutions, encompassing EPC (MME, SGW, PGW), 5GC (AMF, SMF, UPF), IMS Core, signaling (NRF, SCP), policy (PCRF, PCF), and subscriber data management (HSS, HLR, UDM, UDR). Design scalable, secure, and high-performance network blueprints that ensure reliability and futureproofing. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), network schematics, and migration strategies. Lead deployment planning and integration of multi-vendor components across packet core, IMS, and OSS/BSS domains. Oversee solution configuration and testing, covering functional, interoperability, load, and failover scenarios, followed by performance optimization. Ensure carrier-grade standards for latency, throughput, scalability, and high availability are consistently met. Stay current with 3GPP standards and industry advancements in 5G SA/NSA, VoLTE/VoNR, and virtualization/cloud-native technologies such as NFV and Kubernetes. You Have: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent with 15+ years' experience in telecom network solution design and deployment, with a focus on 4G EPC and 5G Core. Deep technical knowledge of: Packet Core: MME, SGW, PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF, IMS Core (CSCF, BGCF, MGCF, SBC, etc.), Signalling: NRF, SCP, Policy: PCRF, PCF, Subscriber Data Management: HSS, HLR, UDM, UDR. Experience with end-to-end call/data flows, network slicing, and interworking (4G/5G/IMS). Demonstrated success with multi-vendor, large-scale network deployments (on-premise, virtualized, and/or cloud-native). Hands-on experience with integration, migration, upgrade, and troubleshooting in live networks. Knowledge of OSS/BSS integration, security, and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills. It would be nice of you also had: Familiarity with automation (Ansible, scripting), CI/CD, and cloud orchestration platforms (Openshift, Kubernetes).
