Candidates for the CNO position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a Master's degree in a healthcare-related field or enrollment in a Master's program. A minimum of 3 years' direct patient care experience in a LTAC or acute care setting is required, with LTACH experience being highly desirable. The CNO must also have a minimum of 2 years' of nursing management experience and be a licensed Registered Nurse. The role demands a leader who can demonstrate operational and financial management skills, a commitment to customer and physician satisfaction, and a strong focus on talent development and change management. The CNO will be expected to retain all nursing-related hospital accreditations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
