The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving, equitable, and mission-aligned workplace. The CHRO will be responsible for leading the HR and Compliance functions, with a strong focus on organizational development, alignment, and strategic systems integration. This leader will be tasked with building a cohesive people strategy that centers on accountability and inclusion, driving continuous improvement in core HR operations, and fostering a consistent, transparent, and values-based employee experience. The role also involves oversight of HR and Compliance to ensure operational excellence and empower managers and staff to lead with clarity, compassion, and courage.
