Marketing Project Manager
The Marketing Project Manager leads projects from planning through execution for multi-channel marketing programs. Develops and manages detailed project plans, ensures team accountability, and resolves issues. Coordinate across marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives. You Will Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop comprehensive project plans and ensures stakeholder alignment. Manage the end to end project plan, monitor milestones, and proactively address risks and delays. Apply advanced problem-solving to adapt plans and ensure delivery meets objectives. Lead key project lifecycle milestones including phase kick-offs, step gates, creative reviews, and retrospectives. Evaluate strategic alignment, identify measurement gaps, and ensure prioritization of work. Foster team accountability and continuous improvement through coaching and process optimization. Serve as primary liaison for business partners, while anticipating and escalating risks or issues to appropriate level of management for timely resolution to support the anticipated scope of delivery. Conduct retrospective post-mortems to assess project plan success and identify improvement opportunities. Take corrective action to keep projects on track. Ensure a responsive, seamless, on-time and on-budget process. Inform and maintain accurate project documentation and data inputs in systems and reporting. You Have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years experience managing projects Experience managing and executing projects, applying project management best practices, tools, and work management methods.
