Overview

Momentum Worldwide is looking for a dynamic Account Director of Business Leadership to be a key member of a rapidly growing commerce team working on a new major CPG account including a wide variety of brands and programs. This individual will lead a cross functional team to deliver projects on-time, on-brief, and be responsible for delivering great work that drives business results. We are seeking a passionate leader with experience in commerce specifically shopper marketing and retailers. You will work to develop a strong relationship with clients, third parties, and internal team members while leading and empowering your team across multiple work streams. Responsibilities

Ensure effective collaboration across IAT teams to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns and solutions that drive growth for clients. Able to be an integral voice in the room, both in collaboration and sell-in with the IAT and brand clients. Develop and deliver compelling client presentations. Lead and manage day-to-day client communications, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels. Serve as the primary point of contact for commerce-related inquiries and requests. Ensure brand strategy and goals are met. Provide direction and oversight across strategy development and marketing activation development/execution, ROI methodology. Along with budget development and management, develops staffing plans to profitably support the business. Actively manage SOW and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Leadership, mentorship and development of all direct reports. Fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development and adherence to agency policy. Bachelors Degree- preferably in Marketing 7+ years agency Account Management experience marketing Retail, shopper, and commerce experience required Willing and interested to attend client meetings as needed Self-motivated and able to problem solve in a live, onsite event environment. Experienced in strategic thinking and ability to see, articulate and drive to the big picture Passion and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Exceptional verbal & written communication skills and adept at communicating effectively across all levels Well-versed in business development, strategic thought leadership and creative development skills. Ability to perform well in fast-changing environments. Exceptional client management skills
