Customer Service Account Manager
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Service Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, managing account health, and delivering tailored support solutions. Rather than handling high-volume calls, this position emphasizes strategic communication, client retention, and personalized service. Pay for this role will range between $20 and $25/hr.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs, goals, and preferences to provide customized support Monitor account activity, usage trends, and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for improvement or growth Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, coordinate service enhancements, and ensure timely follow-up Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service history in CRM systems Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through setup and initial engagement processes Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their voice is heard in product development and service planning Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client success roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with CRM platforms and data tracking tools Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive service and continuous improvement Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
