Customer Service Account ManagerWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Service Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, managing account health, and delivering tailored support solutions. Rather than handling high-volume calls, this position emphasizes strategic communication, client retention, and personalized service. Pay for this role will range between $20 and $25/hr. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs, goals, and preferences to provide customized support
  • Monitor account activity, usage trends, and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, coordinate service enhancements, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service history in CRM systems
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through setup and initial engagement processes
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their voice is heard in product development and service planning
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client success roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data tracking tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive service and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
