Parts Coordinator
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the movement of parts and equipment in and out of the warehouse. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for creating Purchase Orders. Responsible for receiving orders into inventory; comparing Purchase Order to Packing Slip; tagging or marking part numbers on parts; placing the parts in the proper bin location. Responsible for completing proper shipping paperwork, packaging, and shipping of all parts and equipment. Responsible for pulling parts for all jobs and maintaining parts movement to a job. Assist in keeping the warehouse and surrounding parts storage areas organized. Responsible for completing all paperwork relating to shipping and receiving and turning in to the office daily. Additional activities as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Preferred Qualifications Prior maintenance or warehouse experience preferred. Highly organized; superior time management skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers. Works well with others; can effectively communicate orally and in writing. Ability to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situations.
