A mission-driven nonprofit organization in Chicago is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and keeping things running smoothly. The position is two days per weekTuesdays and Wednesdayswith a competitive hourly rate of $20$22 and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, transportation, 401(k), dental, life, health and disability insurance. $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, and take messages as needed Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and organized Provide light administrative support and help keep daily operations on track Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth front office flow Requirements of the Front Desk Coordinator
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus Excellent communication and people skills Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Comfortable using basic office software and phone systems Reliable, punctual, and professional with a can-do attitude Job details
