We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns tailored to a high-end luxury clientele. This is a long-term contract position that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics to drive engagement and conversions. Ideal candidates will have expertise in email marketing platforms, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns targeting high-end luxury audiences, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and other techniques to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and follow best practices for deliverability and user experience.
• Manage paid social and Google Ad campaigns to complement email marketing efforts.
• Conduct regular reporting to measure campaign success and recommend improvements.
• Research and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.• Proven experience in email marketing, digital campaigns, and online content creation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
• Expertise in paid social and Google Ad campaigns.
