LHH is working w/ a client based in the Greater Baltimore area that is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our team for a 1 year project. The role will be hybrid (3 days onsite) at our client’s office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 days Business Analyst experience.

  • Candidates MUST be local to Baltimore, MD to be consider for this role or fully committed to relocating within 2 weeks of offer.

  • Candidates MUST be willing to work as a W2 employee of LHH to be considered.

A Mid-level Business Analyst typically plays a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.

  • Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.

  • Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.

  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

  • Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.

  • Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.

  • Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.

  • Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.

  • A Mid-level Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Comments
• Proven analytical, problem solving, and consulting skills.
• Experience with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Foundational understanding of vulnerability management and risk management frameworks.
• Basic awareness of Operational Technology (OT).
• Experience in data modeling and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
• Lead and document meetings to review vulnerability status, remediation plans, and compliance timelines.
• Skilled in consulting with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ability to assess current-state processes, identify shortcomings, and collaborate with stakeholder.
• Experience in developing and executing both traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting system implementations, change management, and training efforts during project rollouts.
• Graduate degree in a technology, science, business, or mathematics preferred.



Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
