Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent for a contract assignment specializing in commercial shell build-out with restaurant construction experience.

Our client is a full-service general contractor known for delivering new construction, remodels, and small-scale maintenance projects across various commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily onsite operations for a commercial shell build-out restaurant project.
• Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure quality work is completed on schedule.
• Enforce site safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and daily activities to meet deadlines.
• Review construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and stakeholders regarding job progress.
• Document project activities through daily reports and updates.

Pay rate is $40 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent to lead a high-visibility restaurant build-out project on a short-term basis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on shell build-outs.
• Proven experience in restaurant construction is required.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety requirements.

Preferred:

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience managing fast-paced or quick-turnaround restaurant projects.
• Familiarity with field management software and digital reporting tools.
