Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial shell build-out projects.

Our client is a full-service general contractor delivering new construction, remodels, and small-scale maintenance projects across various commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage commercial shell build-out projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure design and execution align with scope and specifications.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, permitting, and inspections.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.

Annual salary is $80-100k/year. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join a reputable and growing team committed to quality construction and long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial shell build-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, structural systems, and code compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with fast-paced retail, office, or mixed-use shell projects.
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
