We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee controls projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of controls projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor and address challenges during project to winning resolutions.

• Utilize project management tools, including proprietary systems.

• Negotiate labor pricing and site assignments for additional work as needed.

• Oversee all installation activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Review, approve, and finalize project documentation to meet deadlines.

• Minimum of 2 years’ project management experience, preferably in the energy or construction sector.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with project management systems, including Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with smart building controls and related systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
• Ability to negotiate labor pricing and manage subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and financial tracking.
• Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure successful completion.
