Project Manager – Hybrid (Maple Grove, MN)

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing cross-functional teams together to build smarter systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
In this hybrid role (3 days onsite), you’ll be instrumental in supporting Medical Professional Education and Medical Affairs initiatives. You’ll help streamline operations, foster collaboration, and ensure projects stay on track and deliver impact. Your ability to analyze current procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and manage integration projects will be key to success.
You’ll lead planning sessions, guide teams through project setup, and ensure timely post-project reviews. Your insights will help refine performance metrics and promote the adoption of best practices across the organization. You’ll also consolidate project updates into executive-level reports and support the use of collaboration technologies like Microsoft Office Suite.
What You’ll Do:
Drive process improvement and integration projects
Build and refine systems and reporting tools
Support cross-functional collaboration and innovation
Lead planning and post-project review sessions
Provide practical guidance to project teams
Consolidate status updates into program-level reports
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Project Management or Business
6–9 years of project management experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Pay Details: $44.00 to $50.00 per hour
