???? Project Manager – Strategic Banking Technology Initiative
Are you a driven Project Manager ready to take ownership of a high-visibility, complex initiative? This fully remote, 6-month contract (with potential extension) offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by untangling a stalled program and driving it toward successful execution.
This project consists of four interconnected workstreams that have lost momentum due to unclear direction. Your mission: finalize the roadmap, restore structure, and ensure delivery excellence. You’ll step in as the central driver of progress—keeping stakeholders aligned, teams accountable, and execution on track.
???? What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of the project roadmap, refining scope and deliverables.
Lead weekly status meetings and provide concise, actionable updates to stakeholders.
Anticipate and surface risks, rifts, and blockers before they escalate.
Communicate with executive leadership, demonstrating strong presence and professionalism.
Partner with business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across multiple lines of business.
???? What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in project management, ideally within financial services or banking technology.
Experience managing strategy and operations in both horizontal and vertical domains.
Ability to bridge conversations between technical architects and business leaders.
A steady hand under pressure, with proven success driving clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.
????️ Tools & Skills:
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
Familiarity with asset cataloging and structured documentation practices.
Exceptional written communication for executive-level reporting.

Pay Details: $57.70 to $66.33 per hour
