Marketing Coordinator | Kansas City, MOLHH is partnering with a client in the Kansas City, MO area, within the Construction industry, that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and communications. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing social media presence, coordinating email communications with vendors, and supporting operational tasks such as order processing and vendor quoting.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage email communications to vendors, ensuring timely and professional messaging.
  • Assist with order processing and vendor quoting to support the operations team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on social media and email campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
Job Details:
  • Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
  • Location: Kansas City, MO
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Fully Onsite)
  • Compensation: $24-26ph.
  • Job Type: Direct Hire
  • Weekly Pay, 100% Employer-Paid Benefits, PTO/Holiday Pay, Growth & Opportunity


Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
