Position Summary:

We are looking for a receptionist. You will be the welcoming face and voice of the company, handling front desk duties and basic administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Keep the front desk area neat and organized
  • Perform light administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scanning
  • Provide general office support as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
