Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in large-scale integration efforts and experience in business or consumer debit/credit cards for Heitmeyer Consulting. This role involves requirement elicitation, documentation, process mapping, and acting as a liaison between business and technology teams.

Location

Cleveland, Buffalo, Albany. Hybrid 2 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation activities, including workshops.
• Perform detailed process mapping using tools like Miro, Draw.io, or Visio.
• Conduct data mapping as part of integration efforts.
• Proactively problem-solve and navigate through ambiguous scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience as a Senior Technical BA on large integration projects.
• Strong background in banking, ideally cards with a deep understanding of POS systems, card networks, and related technologies.
• Strong documentation experience including creating process maps.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a waterfall environment.
• Highly analytical and proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
