Active and unrestricted Indiana license required
Current Board Certification required
BLS Certifications required, Fellowship preferred
24 hour call coverage
Practice Setting: Inpatient, Admissions, Rounding required
Busy Call schedule
Required Specialty Skills: General Neurosurgery, Adult, Pediatrics, Trauma
Preferred Specialty Skills: Endovascular, Carotid / Vertebral artery surgery, Clipping of Aneurysm, Neuroendocrine Surgery, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, VP Shunt, Skull Base surgery, Spinal surgery with and without instrumentation, Peripheral Nerve Surgery, ICP Monitor Placement & Management, Ventilation Management, Pain Procedures, central line placement
Facility Details: EMR System: Cerner, Estimated Credentialing Timeframe 30-60 Days, Temp privileges available, Beds in department: 396, Trauma Level 2 Facility, Stroke Certified Hospital
