Locums - AnesthesiologistLocation: Rock Island & Moline, Illinois Assignment Overview
  • Rotation: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • Shift Hours: 7:00 AM until cases are completed
  • Call Details:
    • Rock Island: 7a-7p / 7p-7a (Call)
    • Moline: 7a-5:30p / 5:30p-7a (Call)
    • Call response time: 20 minutes
    • CRNAs cover OB call (Moline); MDs cover OR call (Rock Island)
    • Must be open to occasional back-up call
    • Call scheduled in coordination with the group
Practice Details
  • Model: Combination of supervision and performing own cases
  • Daily Team: 3 MDs and 10 CRNAs
  • Facilities:
    • Rock Island ORs: 4
    • Moline ORs: 5
    • Endo Room (Rock Island): 1
    • CV Room (Rock Island): 1
  • EMR: Epic
Required Case TypesBoth Locations:
  • Pediatrics
  • General Surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • Urology
  • ENT
  • Plastics
  • Ophthalmology
  • Podiatry
Additional for Rock Island:
  • Cardiac (preferred, not required)
  • Endoscopy
  • Vascular
Additional for Moline:
  • GYN
  • Pain Management
Required Skills
  • Must be proficient in:
    • Spinals
    • Epidurals
    • Nerve Blocks
  • Caselogs required: Proof of recent experience with above procedures
Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Active IL License or IMLC with LOQ - Required
  • AHA ACLS - Required
  • Cardiac/TEE experience - Preferred, but not required
