Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or related field (preferred). Experience:
2-5 years in account management, customer service, or logistics, ideally within a fulfillment or warehouse environment. Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and grow client relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
Certifications:
Supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP) are a plus. Other:

We are looking for an
Account Manager
to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and outstanding service delivery . In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner and client advocat e-b uilding strong relationships, resolving issues quickly , and driving efficiency to meet both client expectations and business goals .
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored support. Issue Resolution:
Proactively address delays, discrepancies, or service challenges with timely, effective solutions. Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and satisfaction, providing reports and insights to clients and internal teams. Process Optimization:
Partner with warehouse operations to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service efficiency. Onboarding & Training:
Guide new clients through onboarding , ensuring smooth adoption of fulfillment processes and systems. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze client data to forecast demand, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to align operational capabilities with client needs. Contract & Pricing Oversight:
Support negotiations, monitor contract compliance, and ensure pricing reflects service levels.
