Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with Quality Assurance (QA) experience to support the development and enhancement of business applications.
This hybrid role involves gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and supporting testing and training efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in QA, and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities Schedule and conduct meetings to gather, analyze, and document business and software requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and test cases. Communicate requirements clearly to developers, testers, and stakeholders. Create process flows, state diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, swim lanes, and wireframes. Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams. Conduct walkthroughs and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop training materials, train users, and provide post-release support. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business goals. Perform functional and regression testing; convert requirements into test cases. Required Qualifications
Proficiency in SharePoint Online (Office 365), Microsoft Teams, GitLab (or other Git repositories), and JIRA. Experience with design tools such as Balsamiq and Visio. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with subject matter experts and communicate effectively with developers, analysts, and testers. Experience working on complex projects with tight deadlines. Ability to work independently from project initiation to completion. Demonstrated experience in creating training documents and conducting user training. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
