We are seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President of Autism Services to join our team!
This executive-level role is central to the growth and innovation of Devereux’s national Autism Services division. The Vice President of Autism Services will lead the development and expansion of our autism-focused programs, with the goal of significantly increasing Devereux’s footprint and impact across the country.
This role reports to the EVP & Chief Operating Officer.
In this impactful role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of a national expansion strategy for Autism Services
Assess current service offerings, delivery capabilities, and market opportunities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for strategic growth
Oversee a national team of professionals delivering clinical, residential, and community-based autism services
Drive a growth-based business plan focused on service innovation, geographic and virtual expansion, and infrastructure enhancement
Manage all critical components of success, including strategic planning, marketing, sales, technology platforms, costing and billing strategies, and implementation roadmaps
Ensure alignment and consistency across internal autism programs at Devereux centers, promoting evidence-based practices and high standards of care
Supervise the National Director of Autism Services, overseeing professional development, research-informed interventions, and safe, therapeutic environments
Ensure compliance with all applicable licenses, certifications, and accreditations
Represent Devereux as a thought leader in the national autism services community, engaging with stakeholders and presenting at conferences

Qualifications
Master’s Degree from accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines or Board Certified Behavior Analyst; Doctorate from accredited university with BACB guidelines preferred
Minimum 5 years of leadership in autism services or ABA consulting
Strong network within the autism sector and ability to drive strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of autism/ABA industry dynamics: staffing, credentialing, retention, reimbursement, and hiring challenges
Proven success launching high-margin virtual and on-site autism programs
Excellent communication, data storytelling, and executive presence
Experience working across multiple states/geographies strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s license required
