What You’ll Do
- Manage sensitive client data with 100% accuracy while establishing and maintaining data structures, integrity protocols, and visualization standards across all assigned projects
- Clean, prepare, import, and export client data using advanced tools like Zoho Analytics or Tableau to create actionable insights for senior executive consumption
- Document all data structures, SQL code, and workspace changes within organized change management protocols to ensure team-wide understanding and consistency
- Establish initial data workspaces, manage systematic conversion of legacy systems, and develop improvements to workspace templates in support of product development
- Create and maintain data integrations between back-end systems while linking and joining data tables to create enhanced insights and powerful data connections
- Analyze raw data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that align with client business objectives and strategic priorities
- Produce comprehensive reports and executive summaries, presenting analytical findings to C-suite leaders via virtual meeting platforms including Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx
- Collaborate effectively with internal team members in a growing, fast-paced business environment to support project completion and deliverable quality
Qualifications (required)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least 5 years of data analytics experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience using data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives
- A proactive approach to resolving issues, policy adherence, and driving organization initiatives
Benefits & Compensation
- Starting pay is between $70k to $110k per year / depending on experience.

Work Arrangement
You must work from your primary residence located within 35 miles of our office so you can easily attend team-building events that occur throughout the year. You must have reliable internet service at home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
The business hours and regular schedule for this role is 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.
