Bayview Villa, a boutique assisted living and memory care community in San Carlos, CA, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive occupancy growth and help families find the right home for their loved ones. With 44 private rooms, serene gardens, and personalized care services, Bayview Villa offers a warm, family-style environment where residents thrive.
Position Overview
As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, conducting tours, and converting prospects into residents. You’ll be the face of Bayview Villa, showcasing our unique community and ensuring families feel confident and supported throughout the decision-making process. This role is ideal for a goal-driven sales professional with a passion for senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Drive occupancy by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Generate leads through community outreach, networking, referral partnerships, and digital follow-up.
Manage all incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, website leads) with professionalism and urgency.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct personalized tours of Bayview Villa, highlighting key amenities, services, and care programs.
Follow up consistently with prospects to build trust and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and conversions using CRM software.
Partner with the Executive Director and care team to ensure seamless move-ins.
Represent Bayview Villa at senior fairs, community events, and industry networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred).
Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
