Overview
The Representative Sales will be responsible for presenting our timeshare offerings to potential customers, guiding them through the buying process, and ultimately closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
- Answer questions regarding credit term, services, and prices while maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in timeshare sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques in the timeshare industry.
