Job Description

As a Sales Representative for VI Resorts by Westgate located at Carriage House at 105 E Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, NV, you will be responsible for presenting our timeshare offerings to potential customers, guiding them through the buying process, and ultimately closing sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
  • Answer questions regarding credit term, services, and prices while maintaining customer records.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
  • Must hold applicable timeshare license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in timeshare sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques highly preferred.
