# Work With Us* Review and prepare bank reconciliations.* Prepare and maintain overhead comparison schedule.* Prepare accruals entries.* Prepare operating analysis as needed.* Prepare Corporate Recharge templates and updating cash logs (2x).* Responsible for month end deliverables for various entities, including balance sheet & income statement analysis; additionally, there are shared responsibilities within the larger organizational structure.* Bachelor's degree in Accounting.* 2-3 years of experience in accounting role, public accounting experience a plus.* Ability to operate computer system and effectively input and upload/download pertinent information.* Ability to and has sufficient knowledge of computer software currently utilized by the Company.* Ability to effectively listen to co-workers and respond to their requests.* Ability to prepare intercompany reports, foreign exchange gains/losses.* Ability to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and written.* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel (including pivot tables, Vlookups etc…)* Dynamics D365 experience preferred.***Disability Assistance** - Tishman Speyer is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers opportunities to all job seekers, including job seekers with disabilities.
