Full time – Delivery Driver opportunity with the NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division. This role involves outside customer service and delivering parts to clients, serving as a NAPA IBS Brand Ambassador, and supporting customer efficiency and bottom line through on-site parts management.

We manage parts so businesses don’t have to. The IBS program partners with companies that need on-site assistance running a highly efficient parts department within their business—a "store inside a store" approach. Partners include ground support maintenance stations for major airlines, government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships, and more. What you will be doing

• Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them
• Pick up parts from multiple vendors; ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained
• Maintain safety focus while driving and delivering parts
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Build long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintain delivery truck by following safety checklists; keep vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)

What you'll need

• Ability to reach floor-level shelves and upper shelves (up to 8 feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for the shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions and core/part returns correctly
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Comfort driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver's License

This position offers an hourly pay range of $18.00. Pay progression may apply; top end of the range may be reached within 12 months of hire for certain roles. Starting pay for other positions is determined by individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
