Role Descriptions

We are hiring our first Trade Marketing Manager to help execute retail programs and manage trade marketing operations across accounts and distributors. This role will work closely with our Key Account Managers, Field Team, and distributors to ensure every account gets the tools and programs they need to drive velocity. You’ll be responsible for the executional backbone of trade marketing — from POS asset management to retail program coordination. You will report to our Sr. Director of Trade Marketing.

POS & Asset Management

  • Gather POS and asset needs from Key Accounts, Field Team, and distributors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, production timelines, and deliveries.
  • Own asset inventory, ordering, and tracking.

Retail Program Management

  • Build and manage the retail marketing calendar, ensuring execution across accounts.
  • Coordinate programming with Key Account Managers to support account-specific needs.
  • Liaise with 3rd-party vendors to execute field activations, clerk education, and sampling.

Execution & Reporting

  • Track execution quality and completion across programs and accounts.
  • Measure ROI and impact of trade activations.
  • Share learnings with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve future programs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or retail program management (CPG experience preferred).
  • Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple vendors, timelines, and programs at once.
  • Experience working with distributors, field teams, and/or national accounts.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and relentless on follow-through.
  • Will­ing to roll up your sleeves: this is a builder role on a fast-growing team.
