Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes to empower staff, ensure compliance, and maintain an engaged workforce.
  • Build strong staff relationships and foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements in onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience or equivalent education, training, and professional exposure
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now for HRIS functions
  • Excellent employee relations, performance management, and compliance skills
  • Strong communication abilities across departments and staff
  • Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Effective counseling, onboarding, and process improvement skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience handling outplacement counseling and conducting exit interviews
  • Knowledge of EEO and BRC reporting requirements

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic HR environment, preferably within healthcare or residential services
