Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This role is hands-on and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration, and is committed to delivering outstanding employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Support investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Administer leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, employment, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, eligibility, and employee inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies to ensure alignment with hiring needs and productivity goals.
  • Provide compensation insights and assist leaders with pay-related questions.
  • Track and analyze HR data such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement survey results to support decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements based on workforce trends and partner on HR projects.
  • Partner with leadership teams and contribute to special HR initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume operations environment.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and U.S. labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems including UKG and ADP strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and reliability in attendance and punctuality.
