Insight Global is hiring: Human Resources Generalist in Houston

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a HR Generalist for a top client in the North Houston area within the Supply Chain / Logistics industry. This role is onsite five days a week (8 AM – 5 PM). The HR Generalist will oversee the full hiring cycle for the South region of the US, working directly with Regional VPs and District Directors. The region includes approximately 400–450 employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring cycle from identifying candidates to onboarding resources.
• Collaborate with regional leadership (Regional VPs and District Directors) on HR initiatives and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years’ experience in an HR business partner role.
• 5-6+ years in employee relations with ability to build constructive relationships across the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and US employment law. UKG experience or other HRIS systems preferred.
• Experience handling the full hiring process from start to finish.
