We are currently seeking: Human Resources Administrator
The Human Resources Administrator delivers essential administrative and operational support across the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and company-wide initiatives, while helping to ensure a positive and engaging HR experience for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment activities including applicant tracking, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Schedule and organize HR-related appointments, including interviews, new hire orientation, personnel training, and departmental meetings.
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events, assist with candidate engagement and follow-up.
- Track and monitor pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screens, medical clearances, etc.).
- Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure completion post onboarding requirements.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.

- Assist with personnel changes, promotions, terminations, and other employment status updates.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of HR special projects such as:
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Health, safety, and wellness campaigns
- Training and development projects
- Recruiting initiatives
- HR technology/process improvement projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
