Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct GAP/SWOT analysis, and assess IT integration impacts.
• Create and maintain documentation including wireframes, process models, workflow diagrams, context diagrams, and traceability matrices.
• Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and manage product backlog, Kanban boards, and Sprint planning using Azure DevOps.
• Decompose requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; support test planning and use case development.
• Collaborate with financial systems stakeholders ensuring alignment with SEM, PMM, and SADLC methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requirements gathering (business processes, GAP, SWOT) – 8+ years
• Technical & business documentation (wireframes, diagrams) – 6+ years
• Agile methodology / SCRUM (ceremonies & practices) – 4+ years
• Azure DevOps (backlog, Kanban, Sprint boards) – 3+ years
• User stories & acceptance criteria decomposition – 5+ years
• Business analysis on financial systems – 4+ years
• Test plans & use cases
• Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM), Project Management Methodology (PMM), Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC)
• Written & verbal communication; State or Federal government project experience (preferred)
